A Chartered Project Manager (MCIOB) and founder of Homeobject, Andre brings over a decade across commercial architecture, complex BIM delivery, and private sector consultancy. His high standards mean quality and client experience are never compromised — making him one of the most trusted consultants in his field.
When he's not on a project, you'll find him on the mats training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Valentina Arama
With over 11 years across UK commercial and residential practices, Valentina has delivered complex retail and grocery projects through all RIBA stages. She ensures everything is technically sound and compliant before it reaches site — nothing leaves her desk unless it's right.
Outside of work, she has a thing for old Land Rovers — hobby or lifestyle, we're not entirely sure, but we respect it.

Denis started out hands-on, building and managing a private property portfolio across the UK — an experience that became the natural launchpad into a full-time career in site management. Holding an SMSTS qualification, he runs tight, efficient sites where quality and safety are non-negotiable — and give him a programme, he'll likely hand it back finished early.
When he's not with his family, he's on the clay-pigeon shooting ground.
